01 Acceptance of Architecture
By accessing the digital interfaces, booking systems, or strategy consultation portals operated under the brand name of Daniyal Saleem, you explicitly validate, agree to, and accept the absolute authority of these global Terms and Conditions.
02 Scope of Capability Deliverables
My operational services strictly encompass the specialized execution fields of Content Strategy & Creation, Growth & Paid Media management, and Social Media Management ecosystems. Any structural additions beyond this defined technical stack require independent scoping assessments.
03 Retainer Setup & Allocation Loops
All active retainer models, optimization scopes, and campaigns are mapped out in specific statements of work. No system executions or asset deployments will launch until the explicit approval of resource allocation agreements has occurred.
04 Client Informational Governance
Clients are obligated to supply pristine, authentic, and timely corporate info, brand configurations, and access layers. I bear no operational liability for deployment lags caused by distorted or missing brand documentation fields.
05 Paid Ad Budget Separation
Under my Growth & Paid Media pipelines, all variable marketing click budgets are funded directly by the client’s own payment profiles. My monthly retainer models cover specialized engineering, structural tracking, and campaign optimization systems exclusively.
06 Financial Parameters & Payment Execution
Retainer structures operate on a strict up-front transactional processing system. Work cycles are unlocked upon receipt of digital clearings. Delayed invoice confirmations may result in automated pausing of your campaign architectures.
07 Algorithmic Performance Disclaimers
While my systems leverage hyper-focused audience tracking and semantic architectures, I do not issue absolute guarantees for specific ROAS vectors or virality speeds. Third-party engine algorithms (Google Ads, Meta Platforms, TikTok) remain volatile external variables.
08 Scheduling Integrity & Structural Limits
Consultation modules booked through my integrated scheduling matrix must be modified or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the slot. Missed sessions without prior warning may forfeit that specific advisory loop.
09 Intellectual Asset Ownership
All functional strategies, copywriting drafts, and custom visual wireframes generated under my Content Strategy division transition into client property only upon full financial clearance of that matching billing cycle.
10 Proprietary Tool Guardrails
Internal framework prompts, proprietary scripts, custom spreadsheets, and structural logic pipelines utilized by my desk to optimize your channels remain the exclusive intellectual property of Daniyal Saleem.
11 SMM Content Review Windows
For Social Media Management campaigns, clients are granted a designated review window to evaluate proposed monthly asset calendars. Silence after this window closes acts as formal validation for automated distribution scheduling.
12 First-Party Pixel & Code Implementation
I provide accurate code strings for custom attribution matrices and schema tags. It is the client’s structural responsibility to ensure their hosting systems correctly render these tags without server breakdown.
13 Indemnification Clause
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daniyal Saleem against any legal challenges, trademark disputes, or financial regressions arising from product data, graphics, or copy elements supplied by the client for deployment.
14 Third-Party Account Restrictions
I am not liable for arbitrary account shutdowns, ad placement rejections, or organic shadowbans enforced by ad networks or social media companies, provided my setups align with standard platform policies.
15 Termination Architecture
Ongoing recurring retainer setups can be terminated by either party through written communication at least 30 days prior to the initialization of the next billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations do not trigger pro-rated refunds.
16 Confidentiality Matrix
Both operational nodes agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary conversion numbers, ad spend variables, internal operational logic, and back-end brand strategies discussed during retainer timelines.
17 Platform Adaptations & Revisions
I reserve the right to revise or adjust these Terms and Conditions to reflect code improvements or platform changes. The updated document on this page serves as immediate notice to all active partners.
18 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the cumulative liability of Daniyal Saleem for any operational error or pipeline latency shall not exceed the financial amount paid by the client during that specific month.
19 Governing Law & Disputes
These terms and operational frameworks are governed by and construed in accordance with the legal statutes of Pakistan. Any structured dispute resolution shall fall under the primary jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
20 Ultimate Execution Rights
Any failure on my part to strictly enforce a clause within this framework does not constitute a permanent waiver of that structural right. Full execution authority remains intact across all operational branches.
